Colleen’s Corner Teacher Advocate program was created to provide teachers (current & retired) a platform to publish their knowledge to an audience of their peers and parents who are interested in learning more on reading tips/tricks and strategy.

A Teacher Advocate is a teacher through and through.  He/She wishes to go above and beyond the call of duty in the pursuit of making a real impact on how children read, be read to and their overall impression of reading.  A Teacher Advocate strives to bridge the gap between school and home in an effort to promote reading skills and the power of reading comprehension skills.
